2. Scope of the GTC

These General Terms and Conditions apply to online orders placed on the website

https://mignoncukraszda.hu/rendeles

operated by the Service Provider.

By placing an order, the Customer declares that they have read and accept the provisions of the GTC.

3. Ordering process

Only pre-orders can be placed on the website.

Placing an order does not constitute immediate fulfillment.

The Customer may indicate the desired delivery time within the specified time slot in the comments section.

Minimum order time:

- If the order is received by 2:00 p.m. on a given day, the product will be delivered between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. the following day.

- After placing the order, the system will send an automatic confirmation email.

The order page is for informational purposes only, but the completed and submitted form is considered a valid order for the Service Provider.

4. Payment terms

Payment is only possible upon delivery.

Payment methods:

- cash

- credit card

Online payment and advance payment are not possible.

5. Receipt and delivery

The ordered products will be delivered by courier.

Delivery will take place within the time frame specified in the confirmation.

The Customer is obliged to ensure that they are available to receive the delivery.

6. Cancellation and modification

Orders can be modified or canceled until 4:00 p.m. on the day of ordering.

The Service Provider is not able to accept cancellations after this deadline.

7. Custom orders

It is not possible to place custom cake orders on the online ordering platform.

Only currently available products can be ordered on the website.

8. Quality and complaints

The Service Provider prepares the products to the best quality that can be expected from them.

In case of a complaint, the Customer can contact the Service Provider at the following email address:

The Service Provider will examine and respond to complaints within a maximum of 2 hours.

9. Liability

The Service Provider shall not be liable for:

- problems arising from incorrect data provided by the Customer,

- failure to deliver if the Customer is not available at the specified time.

10. Final provisions

Issues not regulated in these GTC shall be governed by the applicable Hungarian laws.
